Our Mission

In the year 2015, Team Nagaraj Shetty & Co. Practicing Company Secretaries along with a humble group of likeminded friends formed a helping hands team for charitable purpose. After completing many charitable activities in the field of education, medical, social, flood relief and many more, the team decided to register a formal foundation to scale up the social work in a professional manner and reach more beneficiaries.

An official NGO by name “SWAYAMSPOORTHY FOUNDATION” incorporated on 26-08-2019 as a Section 8 Company having CIN: U85300KA2019NPL127367 registered under the Companies Act 2013, our foundation supports programs in the areas of education, development of government schools, healthcare, Flood relief activities, environment protection, career awareness programs, arts and culture and Professional or otherwise or helping with community programmes, undertake and implementation of CSR projects.

Swayamspoorthy Foundation is registered under 12A, 80G of Income Tax Act, registered under Dharpan portal of Niti Aayog and CSR-1 under Companies Act for receiving CSR Funds. All Donations are eligible for Deduction under Income Tax and CSR Spending.
